Method

How we work

    Discovery

    A 90-minute workshop covering your goals, audience, competitors, and current positioning. We'll ask uncomfortable questions — that's where the clarity comes from.

  2. 02

    Strategy

    We develop the brand platform: positioning statement, personality pillars, key messages, and the creative brief your visual identity is built against.

  3. 03

    Visual Concept

    Two or three distinct visual directions, each with a full rationale. We present these over a video call and refine based on your feedback.

  4. 04

    Refinement

    The chosen direction is developed in detail. Logo system, colour, typography, and a set of brand-in-use mockups that show how it all works together.

  5. 05

    Delivery

    Final asset package delivered with a live walkthrough of the brand guidelines. We're available for questions for 30 days post-handover.

Frequently asked

How long does a brand identity project take?

The Studio package (full identity system) typically runs 4–6 weeks from discovery to final delivery. Rush timelines are available but require scheduling at least 2 weeks in advance.

Do you work with early-stage startups?

Yes, and we have a Sprint package designed for founders who need a professional identity without a six-week timeline. It covers logo mark, colour, and basic usage guidelines.

Who owns the final files?

You do — 100%. On final payment, all intellectual property transfers to you. We keep a portfolio usage licence to display the work publicly.

Can you also build our website?

We offer brand-to-web continuity as an add-on. After the identity is complete we can design and build a Webflow or WordPress site that carries the brand system through to every pixel.
